The Critical IT Asset Registration System (CITARS) allows departmental Cybersecurity Coordinators (CSCs) to register critical IT assets of their departments. It currently supports IT assets, namely Servers, Web and Mobile Applications.
According to the new Cybersecurity Policy, departmental CSCs are required to carry out a risk classification of the IT assets owned by their departments. Those assets classified as High, Moderate or Low risk must be registered in CITARS. Please note that the critical assets registered are subject to security compliance check by ITSO or auditors for meeting minimum security standards.
