Currently, many university approval processes still depend on paper signing.  Apart from environmental concern, it is cumbersome, and nearly impractical during Work-From-Home.  In some cases, document signers are resorted to the bad experience of drawing images of their signatures on documents.  ITSC has been evaluating several electronic signature tools, namely Adobe Sign and Microsoft Teams approval APP.
