We are pleased to offer a re-run session of the AI Foundation with Gemini and NotebookLM workshop for HKUST staff to learn how modern AI tools can support daily administrative and academic work.

This workshop covers the latest AI developments, such as Agentic AI, and demonstrates how Gemini and NotebookLM can be used responsibly to improve productivity—while working in conjunction our familiar Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive / SharePoint.  Colleagues who successfully enrol will be granted a Gemini trial license for a short period of time.

Please note that this is a hands-on training session. Participants are recommended to bring their own laptops to fully engage in the in-class exercises.
