ITSO would like to introduce the workshop, Solving Common PC Problems on Windows 11. As the operating system Windows 10 will be End of Life (EOL) by October 2025, your computer may have already or will be switched to Windows 11. Our trainer, Form.Welkin Limited, will share with us the tips and skills to tackle some common problems when using Windows 11. Besides the build-in features in Windows 11, ITSO would also like to introduce some tools (e.g. Authenticator, Intune, Passwordless, etc.) that can help to protect your machines in a more secure way. Please take the chance to learn some skills that may help you using Windows 11 smoothly.
