2FA is required for HKUST VPN connection starting from 1 Aug 2018

To further protect our network from unauthorized access, users will need to Enroll for 2FA  before you can connect to HKUST VPN starting from 1 Aug , 2018.

After your ITSC Network Account has been enrolled with 2FA, please remember to “Approval” the VPN connection using your mobile device after entering your User Name and Password in the Pulse Secure client. Please refer to our web page Using Secure Remote Access (VPN) with 2FA for more information.
