Partial IT Services Interruption Due to Data Center Cooling Problem - Jan 12 (Fri) PM

There was an unexpected cooling problem with our secondary data center at LSK Campus, causing disruption of some IT services starting around 3pm today (Jan 12 / Fri). Our Facility Management Office (FMO) has quickly attended to the problem and subsequently resumed the cooling, after which ITSC had gradually resumed affected IT services starting 3:45pm. We will further review with FMO on any follow-up improvement, and we apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused to you.
