To address this, HKUST recognizes the importance of IT training and development for general staff, not only to broaden their IT knowledge but also to equip them with skills that can boost efficiency and productivity in their roles.

Objective
This program aims to equip general staff members with essential IT skills and foster a deeper understanding of technology's role in modern workplaces. By participating in our workshops and training sessions, which incorporate AI-driven problem-solving and interactive elements, you will gain the confidence and competence to effectively utilize IT tools and gadgets, ultimately enhancing your productivity and efficiency in the workplace.
