Update: Gradual Resumption of HPC4 GPU Servers (2 May 2026)

Dear HPC4 Users, 

We would like to provide an update on the cooling system incident reported earlier today. 

  • The cooling pump has resumed operation after the circuit breakers have been restored following the power suspension triggered by a power trip incident. 

  • The immersion tanks hosting GPU servers have been back online, and GPU services have been restored gradually since 2 May 2026, 5:13pm 

  • Some GPU servers encountered hardware issues during the restart process. We are working with the vendors to restore service as soon as possible.
