Microsoft Windows

1. Open a browser and go to https://workspace.ust.hk.
2. Click Domain Login.
   
3. Enter your HKUST Account and password. Tick "I have read and accept the Terms of Use".
4. 
5. Scroll down, tick "I have read and agree to the agreement", then click Finish. Finally, click Login.
   
6. When prompted, click Allow on the pop-up window, then click "Download VDI Client".
   
   
7. Click Download and run the install.exe to install the Client Software.
   
   
8. After installation, open your browser again, return to https://workspace.ust.hk, and log in.

Apple Mac OS

1. Open a browser and go to https://workspace.ust.hk.
2.  Click on the "Domain Login" button.
   
3. Enter your HKUST Account and password.
4. Tick "I have read and accept the Terms of User".
   
5. Scroll down, tick "I have read and agree to the agreement", and then click "Finish". Finally, click "Login".
   
6. Click "Download" and run SangforVDIClient.dmg to install the Client Software.
   
   
7. After the VDI Client is installed, open a browser and go to "https://workspace.ust.hk" and log in again.

Linux

1. Open a browser and go to https://workspace.ust.hk.
2. Choose your Linux OS and click "Download".
   
   
    
3. Method 1: Double click to install the Debian package, enter the password in the pop-up dialog box and wait for installation completion.

1. Open the Google Play Store”.
   
2. Search for "VDI Client" and tap "VDI Client sangfor".
   
3. Tap INSTALL to install the application.

Apple iOS (iPhone/iPad)

1. Open the “App Store”.
   
2. Search for "VDI Client".
   
3. Tap “INSTALL” to install the application.
