How to Access the ECM: Step-by-Step Guide

To access the ECM, follow the steps here. 

  1. Log in to the ECM Access Page using your valid CAS account credentials.
  2. Select the appropriate document type to review or manage related documents.
  3. Verify that you have the necessary access rights to the selected document type:
    • If you have access rights, you can proceed to view or manage the content.
    • If you do not have access rights, contact your department's system administrator to request approval for access.
    • Once approved by Department Head, ask your system administrator to send an email, including the details (Document type, access right group and access rights) to cchelp@ust.hk to finalize the access setup.
