The system is designed for the use of Office of the Executive Vice-President to support faculty merit review related activities :

• The design principle of FORS: Data (in read-only mode) retrieve from disparate trusted data sources to ensure single-source of truth and reduce repetitive data entry;
• System integration with HRMS, SIS and FMS systems and 6 other HKUST systems;
• Responsive web design.
