UG admissions system is designed for the URAO and Department users to support all the admission activities related to selecting and admitting new students to undergraduate programs.

  • providing applicant portal for submission of application, checking application decisions; accepting offers & pay deposits and checking registration arrangement
  • maintaining applicants' information;
  • assessment of applicants’ eligibility;
  • offer/reject recommendations to applicants by dept users;
  • making offers to applicants and releasing them for registration;
  • providing enquiry on applicants' information and admission statistics.
  • providing interface to upload application and offer information of other UG admissions data (e.g exchange students)
