Equipment Reservation
- Submit A/V Equipment Loan Form
- Reserved by telephone (Ext. 6200)
- Reserved in person at ITSO Service Desk, Rm 2021 (Lift 2)
Notes
- The Equipment is loaned out for Teaching / Research / Event purposes only and must be returned along with the due date.
- Items will be charged for any loss or damage incurred.
- Items may become unavailable for loan if they have already been reserved, offline, or recalled.
