Remote Access to Your Office Desk Phone
Details

There are two ways to remotely access your office desk phone, say from home or around the campus:

  • Install the  Mobile App  or Desktop App such that you can make / receive voice calls as your office desk phone  

  • Or, you can set call forwarding via the Telephone Web Portal as follows:

    1. Please make sure you know the user name and password:
      • Extension no.: 4-digit extension
      • Password: Telephone portal password
      • In case you have forgotten the password, please click the "Forgot password?" link on the Telephone Web Portal to get a password reset.
    2. For access, please click: Telephone Web Portal
    3. Follow the Call forward setup guide to set the call forwarding
