Telephone / Fax
ITSO manages the infrastructure of internal telephone network. We provide telephone service to the University community through the central telephone system and fax service to departments (through fax service providers). The central telephone network covers offices, laboratories and public areas in both the main campus and Lee Shau Kee campus.

Getting Started

Receive voicemail via your Outlook or OWA and manage voicemail via the Telephone Web Portal and Desk Phone. - eFax
Send fax via the Telephone Web Portal and receive fax via an HKUST account - available to departments only, and an eFax Extn. No. from ITSO is required.
