Session Length and Inactivity Timeout

VPN gateway will log you out if your session duration exceeds the inactivity timeout or the maximum session length for security purposes. The session time limits are shown below:

  • Inactivity Timeout: 30 minutes

  • Maximum Session Length: 240 minutes

A reminder pop-up dialog box will appear at the time shown below before your session length reached.

  • Reminder Time: 30 minutes

You can check the remaining session time or extend the existing session prior to its expiration via the SSL VPN client Pulse Secure.
