eFax
User can send fax via the Telephone Web Portal.
To receive fax via an HKUST account - it is available to departments only at current stage, and an eFax Extn. number from ITSO is required.
1. Send Fax via Telephone Web Portal
- User can send fax via the "Outgoing Fax" of the Telephone Web Portal

2. Receive Fax via an HKUST account
- Departments may obtain an eFax Extn. from ITSO, so as to receive fax through a dedicated HKUST account.
