You have three convenient ways to access the Qlik Sense dashboards:

Admin Intranet (https://my-ai.ust.hk/analytics)
This platform lists all the important dashboards you are authorized to access. Simply click the links to open your desired dashboard with ease. -
PAIR Portal (https://pair.hkust.edu.hk)
The Performance Analytics, Intelligence, and Reporting (PAIR) Portal is part of the university-wide Data Warehouse (DWH) project, co-led by the Information Technology Services Office (ITSO) and the Office of Institutional Data and Research (OIDR). This site displays all dashboards available within the university; however, access may vary. If you find reports that would be beneficial to your work, please reach out to us at data.request@ust.hk. -
Qlik Sense Hub (https://w10.ab.ust.hk:8443/qsticket/QSTicketAuthenticate.aspx)
You can also access the Qlik Sense Hub directly to view all your authorized dashboards and create your own custom dashboards.
We encourage you to explore these options to maximize your use of our data analytics resources!
Follow these best practices to ensure secure use of the Dashboards:
- Only HKUST staff members delegated by the Heads of Offices/Units are authorized to access the data and the analytics.
- The use of data should be limited to work purposes only.
- Some dashboards may contain sensitive/confidential information. Please take all necessary precautions to safeguard data against loss, theft or unauthorized access by parties internal or external to HKUST.
- When storing, processing and sharing the data, please make sure:
- the device is secure (e.g. no peer-to-peer file sharing software is installed) so that the data will not be shared or exposed to others unintentionally;
- the data is accessed through VPN when a PC is used;
- the data is secured/encrypted when you save information onto any storage devices (USB, PC etc.); and
- the file is protected by Azure Information Protection (AIP) such that the access is restricted to named HKUST accounts only.
- If you must print any information, please verify the correct printer and collect the printout immediately.
- Please properly dispose of the data/reports once the intended use is completed.
