The RPg Progress Report Management System is designed to support the annual review process for research postgraduate (RPg) students. It facilitates the submission, assessment, and approval of progress reports, ensuring that students receive timely feedback from their supervisors and that academic departments can monitor research progress effectively.

  • Report Submission: RPg students can prepare and submit their annual progress reports through the system, including reflections on research activities and future study plans. 
  • Review and Endorsement Workflow: Submitted reports are routed to thesis supervisors and committee members for review, comments, and endorsement. Final approval will be done by FYTGS.
  • Progress Tracking: The system helps students and departments monitor progress toward program completion and academic milestones. It ensures that students remain in good progress and identifies cases requiring intervention.
