How to configure the Outlook App for Android?
The Microsoft Outlook app is the recommended way to access your email and calendar on an Android device.
To delete an existing account:
- Start Outlook
- Tab the menu button on upper left corner
- Tab the Settings button
- Select the account that you want to remove
- Tab Delete Account
To add your Exchange Online email account:
- Start Outlook
- Tab the menu button on upper left corner
- Tab the Settings button
- Tab Add Account and then select Add Email Account
- Un-select any unnecessary accounts found and tab Skip
- Enter your email address (e.g. user@ust.hk) and tab Add Account
- Enter your password when prompted to sign in
- Approve the 2FA login request
