How to configure the Outlook App for iOS?
The Microsoft Outlook app is the recommended way to access your email and calendar on an iOS device.
 
To delete an existing account:
  1. Start Outlook
  2. Tab the menu button on upper left corner
  3. Tab the Settings button
  4. Select the account that you want to remove
  5. Tab Delete Account
To add your Exchange Online email account:
  1. Start Outlook
  2. Tab the menu button on upper left corner
  3. Tab the Settings button
  4. Tab Add Account and then select Add Email Account
  5. Enter your email address (e.g. user@ust.hk) and tab Add Account
  6. Enter your password when prompted to sign in
  7. Approve the 2FA login request 
  8. Add another account if necessary
  9. Enable the notification if necessary
