Training and developing IT staff are crucial to the future success of an organization. With the fast advancement of IT technology, staff should devote life-long learning approach to update new concepts and techniques, in order to be more efficient, productive and adaptable. This training programme targets for all IT staff, including management, technical support and application developers, to enrich and broaden their knowledge.
Objective
This program is mainly for IT staff like managers, system administrators, application developers, etc, to keep their knowledge up-to-date and equip them with appropriate IT skillsets, so that they can fulfil their job duties. The mission is to develop their expertise in appreciation of the critical role they play in supporting HKUST system and applications.
