Maintain a Secure File Share

Maintaining a file share may involve both administrative and operational works.

Share Administrator

Share administrator for a particular file share will be responsible for daily operational tasks. Cyber Security Coordinators will be granted as share administrator by default, unless otherwise requested.

  • Document Organization

    To organize data, documents in a way that is most suitable for sharing and access.

  • Access Control

    To grant, modify and revoke user access privileges on folders/files level for documents stored in share.

  • Data Recovery

    To recover accidentally deleted folders or files. Or to submit requests to ITSO for data restore for archived data

Special technical training session for Cyber Security Coordinator and Share Administrator may be scheduled with and conducted by ITSO.
