One of core services is to develop/support the central administrative systems of the University. Working in conjunction with administrative offices, under the benefits justification, resources allocation model and project governance practices, a set of integrated application portfolio is developed and continuously expanded. 

The scope includes Application Portfolios, Project Governance, Project Justifications, Request Management.
