Pay for SMS service

  • Starting 1 July 2022, the SMS service is free for official usage. User departments no longer require to arrange for payment transfer with FO. ITSO will have regular reviews of departmental SMS usage and may charge back under circumstances of inappropriate or abusive use of the service.
